Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize Order-to-Cash processes to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient delivery.
• Accurately capture and manage customer demand, aligning it with internal planning and supply teams.
• Identify and resolve supply chain challenges, ensuring on-time fulfillment of customer orders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring transparent, proactive communication.
• Lead monthly demand planning cycles based on customer input and market dynamics.
• Manage customer non-conformities, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

You Bring

• Graduation or post-graduation (preferably MBA/PGDBM).
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer experience roles.
• Strong business acumen with proven leadership, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated accountability and initiative in decision-making and process improvement.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving and proactive service delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP and related supply chain tools.
