Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize Order-to-Cash processes to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient delivery.
- Accurately capture and manage customer demand, aligning it with internal planning and supply teams.
- Identify and resolve supply chain challenges, ensuring on-time fulfillment of customer orders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring transparent, proactive communication.
- Lead monthly demand planning cycles based on customer input and market dynamics.
- Manage customer non-conformities, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

You Bring
- Graduation or post-graduation (preferably MBA/PGDBM).
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer experience roles.
- Strong business acumen with proven leadership, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated accountability and initiative in decision-making and process improvement.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving and proactive service delivery.
- Proficiency in SAP and related supply chain tools.
