Supervisor (Polymer Pencil)

 Experience:

Minimum 3 Years & Experience of plastic line

Job Responsibilities:

  • Well knowledge of extruder Process.
  • Handling the manpower of more than 50 people as well as production of Extruder lines.
  • Working On SAP
  • Training of new associates / operators regarding Safety, Kaizen 5S, & other Improvements
  • Ensuring for proper Packaging & identifications i.e. specified packing,
  • Ensuring for continual improvement in process rejection.
  • Taking time-to-time guidance to peers & Superiors.
  • Maintaining Proper discipline in the department.
  • Discuss about day to day quality related problems by daily meeting with quality
  • Control team members.
  • Product properties analysis and achieve Targeted Production,
  • Observation of sample development trial, competitor sample & Customer complaint sample etc.
  • Cross-checking of rejected / rework able to find out actual reasons behind it.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring that
  • All work is carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure.
  • looking after the maintenance activity of extruder machine, Safety features etc.
  • Maintenance of utility equipment's as well as extruder machines & knew about heat Exchanger, Intercooler.
  • Worked as project coordinator for zero defect products, & also for lean management.
  • Installation of machine on site as well as troubleshooting of machines.
  • Looking after hydraulics power pack as well as pneumatic equipment's.
  • Looking after the utility equipment involved in the process such as vacuum pump, centrifugal pumps, conveying blower, ducting system, etc.
  • Reporting to HOD as well
  • As an internal Quality Audit (ISO 9001) to ensure implementation and continuous Improvement in quality system.
