About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketer to lead our digital marketing initiatives across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and all other aspects of digital marketing. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Drive traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and track performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve website ranking and organic reach.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, optimize ad performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members (if applicable).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in SEO, SMM, SEM, and Paid Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
