Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.Responsibilities* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers* Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, tellers, and other branch personnel* Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency* Collaborate with other departments within the Consumer Banking Group to align branch activities with the overall business objectives* Monitor and analyze branch-level data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements* Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment within the branchRequirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities* Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on insights* Demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiency and improving branch performance* Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.-en
