- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and Labour department regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Reporting: Prepare HR reports and maintain records for audits and management reviews
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and HRIS systems.
- Understanding of Labour laws and statutory compliance in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
