Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hoskote for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and developing job descriptions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting performance reviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Experience in Job Description Development
