AI Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Omnichannel / SEO / GEO)

Location: Kochi, Infopark, Kerala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Omnichannel Campaigns, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Automated Lead Conversion Systems. The ideal candidate will manage multiple websites, develop integrated marketing pipelines, and ensure maximum lead performance through AI and data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI-powered marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
  • Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility and engagement across search, voice, and generative AI platforms.
  • Manage omnichannel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Meta, and SEO).
  • Lead automation workflows and data-driven segmentation for high-quality lead generation.
  • Maintain and optimize multiple business websites for SEO, content relevance, and conversion performance.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly ROI reports.
  • Coordinate with UAE and India teams for content, leads, and strategic marketing alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI marketing or digital performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in SEO / GEO / SEM / Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of ChatGPT / Gemini / Jasper / Claude / other AI content tools.
  • Experience managing multiple websites and digital funnels.
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google & LinkedIn Ads Certification
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Zoho Sites, Wix, or custom PHP/React sites)
  • Knowledge of marketing APIs, tracking pixels, and automation integrations
