Ronicz Technovationz is a fast-growing AI and technology company building intelligent products across AI software, automation, and hardware innovation. We serve both B2B and B2C markets—ranging from corporate clients adopting AI solutions to individuals enrolling in our AI training programs.

Your Role

You'll lead and drive technical sales for our AI and software products, handle negotiations with company heads, and close high-value deals. You'll also coordinate with our technical team to deliver AI training and project solutions to clients.

We expect strong leadership and hands-on ability to manage both sales and client relationships.

What You'll Do

Generate ₹5–10 lakh in monthly sales revenue (target starts from Month 1).

Lead the sales & telecalling team with clear KPIs and daily reporting.

Handle client meetings, demos, and field visits to close B2B and B2C deals.

Build and maintain a pipeline across AI training programs, AI software, and hardware projects.

Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams for proposal building, quotations, and post-sale delivery.

Negotiate contracts with company heads and decision-makers confidently.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience in technical/B2B sales or software solution selling.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling skills.

Ability to understand basic tech concepts (AI, software products, or hardware).

Leadership mindset with the ability to guide a small team.

Ready for client visits, presentations, and field work.
