Digital Transformation Lead

Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects within organizations.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Experience with CRM systems, SAP HANA, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be beneficial.
Preferred Industries: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or consulting firms is highly desirable.
About the Role:
This is a strategic role focused on leading the organization through its digital transformation journey. As our business expands and faces new challenges, we seek a professional who can drive and guide the adoption of modern digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, scale operations, and significantly improve customer service levels. We are looking for a candidate with over 15 years of experience, who has successfully led end-to end digital transformation initiatives at an organizational level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Assessment & Planning:
Evaluate the current state of the organizations technology, systems, and processes.
Identify opportunities for digital improvements that will drive operational efficiencies and improve service delivery to customers.
Prepare a comprehensive roadmap to digitize key workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash) to enhance efficiency.
• Digital Tools & Platform Management:
Manage and optimize the implementation of digital tools, platforms, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity across business functions.
Collaborate with SAP, BI, and functional teams to address operational challenges through innovative digital solutions.
• Leadership in Digital Projects:
Lead and oversee the implementation of key digital transformation projects, including CRM and SAP HANA systems.
Drive and guide the organizations overall digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Change Management:
Promote and drive organizational change through digital adoption, cultivating a culture of innovation and digital literacy across the business.
Provide guidance on how technology can be used to solve business problems and improve performance.
• Industry 4.0 and Smart Technologies:
Leverage Industry 4.0 concepts to measure, automate, and enhance business processes. Foster a digital-first mindset, utilizing smart technologies to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with various stakeholders including leadership, functional teams, and IT to ensure seamless implementation of digital initiatives.
Act as the key liaison for digital transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Core Competencies Required:
