About the role:

We're looking for a data-driven, ambitious Associate to join the Founder's Office at PlayShifu. This is not your typical role — it's fast-paced, high-impact, and comes with a steep learning curve. You'll work closely with leadership, solve big problems, and roll up your sleeves to drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • E-commerce Growth: Boost online presence and sales through sharp execution.
  • Strategic Projects: Own and drive high-priority initiatives with speed and accountability.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Deep dive into data, trends, and business economics to shape decisions.
  • Cross-functional Hustle: Collaborate across teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product) to make things happen.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or e-commerce. (particularly with Amazon.)
  • Data-oriented mindset → strong with numbers, analysis, and business insights.
  • Hustle & Hunger → thrive in ambiguity, grind through challenges, and get things done.
  • High learning agility → ability to pick up new skills, adapt fast, and wear multiple hats.
  • Rigour and discipline → consistency, structured thinking, and accountability in execution.
  • Bias for action → self-starter who takes ownership from Day 1.
