Site Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and finishing works.

  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Monitor subcontractor and workforce performance, productivity, and compliance with safety protocols.

  • Verify and check setting out, dimensions, and levels before execution.

  • Coordinate with vendors for delivery and installation of materials and furniture.

Project Coordination

  • Act as on-site contact point between project manager, design team, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Attend and report during site meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

  • Communicate effectively with client representatives during site inspections.

  • Ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid delays or reworks.

Quality & Safety Control

  • Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety rules with workers.

  • Inspect materials delivered to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Monitor workmanship and finishing to ensure high quality standards.

  • Identify snags/punch-list items and ensure rectification before handover.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site progress reports, manpower logs, and material usage records.

  • Report site progress, challenges, and risks to the Project Manager.

  • Assist in preparing measurements for billing and contractor payment certification.

  • Keep track of approved drawings, site instructions, and change orders.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, MEP, joinery).

  • Excellent site coordination and people management skills.

  • Awareness of construction safety regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail in finishes and quality.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
