Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision

  • Supervise daily on-site operations of interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly site reports to the Project Manager.
  • Verify material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.

2. Coordination

  • Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, safety, and quality.
  • Communicate design intent to on-site teams and ensure execution matches approved layouts and finishes.

3. Quality & Safety

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Inspect ongoing and completed work to maintain quality standards.
  • Identify and report any deviations, delays, or defects, and propose corrective actions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site records (manpower, materials, progress).
  • Support project documentation including as-built drawings, snag lists, and handover reports.
  • Assist in project handovers and ensure all punch list items are completed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in site supervision for interior or fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
