Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Chennai & Thanjavur

Qualification: Diploma / B.E Civil

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers welcome)

Job Description:

  • Review and verify technical drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Supervise contracted workers and provide guidance for day-to-day site activities.
  • Monitor and ensure that project deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards and timelines.
  • Manage and handle construction materials efficiently to minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, site supervisors and the general workforce to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review site progress regularly and approve labor payments based on verified work status.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome)
  • 0–2 years of experience in site supervision, project coordination, or construction management
  • Good understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
