We're Hiring: Senior Associate / AVP – Structured Finance & Syndication
Location:

Experience:
2–5 years
Qualification:
CA / MBA (Finance)
We are looking for a driven professional to join our Structured Finance & Syndication team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end debt syndication for NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs
• Work across structured products – NCDs, PTCs, Direct Assignments
• Prepare high-quality teasers, pitchbooks and presentations
• Support deal structuring, modelling, documentation and execution
• Coordinate with investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel etc.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships across the FI ecosystem
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to NBFC/HFC/MFI/Banks/Mutual Funds/Insurance
• Hands-on experience with NCD / PTC / DA transactions
• Understanding of debt markets and FI asset classes
• Ability to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced environment
