About the Role

Lead Generation Trainees will work closely with the Business Development team to identify, research, and qualify leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, directories, and scraping tools.

This is a data-heavy role with strong focus on accuracy and daily output.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Conduct web scraping, data mining, and research to generate lead databases.
  • Gather details such as company name, contact email, phone, industry, decision-makers, etc.
  • Generate leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, groups, and social media channels.
  • Use tools like Apollo, Phantom buster, or basic scraping extensions (training provided).
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and update leads in CRM.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Coordinate with BD team for follow-ups and meetings.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Freshers welcome;
  • Should know basic computer operations.
  • Good internet research skills.
  • Must be quick learner and comfortable with data-heavy tasks.
  • Should be comfortable with repetitive research work.
