**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- This role majorly focuses on **PRIMARY RESEARCH**:

- Primarily will be involved in conducting research surveys over the phone with national and international respondents with C-Levels/VPs/Directors/Managers etc.
- Studying and analyzing the business needs of clients and prospects, conducting market research.
- Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
- Performing web based as well as telephonic interviews in different geographies. (CATI & CAWI.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
- Initiating In-depth Interview and probe for information resulting in valuable qualitative data.
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.
- Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager.

**Shift Timings**: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided].

**Working days**: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

**Gender**:Female**

**Education**: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream)

**Competencies Required**:

- Must have excellent oral communication skills.
- A positive and high patience level.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Must open for rotational shifts.

**Graduate**:

- Package will be 4 CTC P.A

**Postgraduate**:

- Package will be 5 CTC P.A
- + Leave Benefits + Gratuity + Mediclaim Insurance.
- (Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 5 LPA CTC after confirmation)
