Job Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Ayurveda

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Trial Management: Manage clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.

2. Site Management: Coordinate with research sites, investigators, and site staff to ensure timely trial initiation, conduct, and close-out.

3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ICH-GCP, FDA, and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines.

4. Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct site monitoring, auditing, and quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.

5. Data Management: Review and verify clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

6. Communication: Liaise with sponsors, investigators, research sites, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and trial progress.

8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to research sites, investigators, and site staff on clinical trial procedures and Ayurvedic research methods.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of clinical trial activities, including trial master files, site files, and regulatory documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Ayurveda, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research in corporate industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
