They are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere andproviding exceptional customer service to all guests.As a restaurantcaptain, you are responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction,maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensuring only the highestquality products are being served. Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.Familiar with Point -of -sale systems, MS Office, Property management systems,etc.   Requirements Restaurant CaptainJobResponsibilities:· Deliver quality customer service toall guests.· Take reservations and enquire purposeof visit.· Greet each guest promptly andcourteously with good smile and body language.· Present menu and share promotions,specials and items to customers.· Take food and beverage orders, repeatorders to guests and inform guest of estimated time to serve.· Oversee a team of servers who areassigned to his/her shift.· Key orders in the Point -of -Sale systemefficiently.· Process payment and check billspromptly.· Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.· Assist manager by getting involved inplanning and organizing of special events.· Check food and beverage inventoriesand stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.· Follow Food & Beverage Safety andHygiene policies and procedures.· Complete opening, operating, andclosing procedures.· Handle problem with cashier payments.· Escalate guests complain to dutymanager if unable to conduct service recovery.· Implement plans to deliver excellentservice for outlet.  JobRequirements:· Relevent experience working in cafe orbistro will be an advantage.· Execellent customer service andwillingness to learn new items on food and service;· Team player with excellentinterpersonal and communication skills;· Able to work in fast -paced F&Benvironment;· Able to commit weekends and publicholidays;· Able to work split shift· Able to work at various locations.Check each brand's website for addresses.  BenefitsP.F YearlyBonus
