Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Assam, India. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding the technical details of Healthium's products, assisting sales efforts, and engaging with healthcare professionals to provide product demonstrations and training. They will also gather customer feedback, support product adoption, and ensure excellent service to clients, contributing to the company's business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Specialist or familiarity with managing product-related tasks
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience or knowledge in Sales and business development
  • Ability to understand medical devices and their applications; background in healthcare or related fields is advantageous
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel if necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or any related field is preferred
