Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

Job Description

  1. Oversee equipment installation, qualification, and maintenance at OSAT High volume production.
  2. Ensure tool uptime, calibration, and performance meet production and quality targets
  3. Collaborate with OSAT partners to resolve equipment-related issues and drive continuous improvement
  4. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by ensuring timely equipment readiness and capability alignment
  5. Maintain documentation for equipment specs, procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules
  6. Lead equipment audits and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
  7. Strong knowledge of assembly and test equipment (e.g., handlers, probers, testers, ovens, wire bonders)
  8. Experience with TPM, SPC, and equipment reliability programs
  9. Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills
