Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As an Director, Operations, you'll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in operational management will be critical in accelerating our mission to drive continuous improvement and support scientific operations—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

• Lead Site & Lab Operations: Lead expansion & daily functioning of R&D facilities, infrastructure, safety, and administration.
• Oversee IT & Digital Systems: Manage local IT team and coordinate with global IT for hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
• Drive Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead procurement of scientific and facility materials with focus on cost, quality, and timelines.

• Seasoned operations leader with 10–15 years' experience across pharma, biotech, and R&D environments.
• Expert at unifying facilities, IT, procurement, and admin to deliver seamless site operations.
• Strong compliance mindset with deep EHS, biosafety, and audit readiness expertise.
• Proven track record in vendor management, cost optimization, and scaling infrastructure in fast-growing settings.
• Empowers cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and adaptable, hands-on leadership.
