Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Marketing Strategy and Insights to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive and best-in-class marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Slack remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of cross-functional marketing initiatives, utilizing strong project management methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, management consulting (McKinsey, BCG), preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and prioritize a broad range of complex, simultaneous projects from ideation through execution, showcasing practical project management experience.
- Experience with Tableau and SQL a plus
