A Manager of Omnichannel Analytics & Insights analyzes cross-channel data to inform marketing strategy, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders. Key responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks and KPIs, leading A/B testing, overseeing dashboard creation and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with tools like SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization platforms and various online marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead analytics strategy: Develop and refine measurement frameworks, KPIs, and experimental testing to assess campaign performance across all channels (e.g., digital, field, media).
  • Deliver insights and reporting: Translate data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for marketing and business leaders. Oversee the creation of reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Optimize campaigns: Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative data-driven strategies to enhance campaign ROI.
  • Manage projects and stakeholders: Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with marketing operations, media partners, and other teams to implement recommendations.
  • Ensure data quality: Establish best practices for analytics programming, documentation, and system management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) if applicable.
