Ensures solutions are strategically aligned and generate tangible business value. Technical Implementation & Product Development: Focuses on the technical delivery of data and analytics products and services. Champions agile methodologies to build scalable and proactive digital capabilities. Maximizes the business impact of analytics through product development. Analytics, Insights, and Storytelling: Supports the interpretation and storytelling of digital and analytics outcomes. Provides insights grounded in both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Team Leadership & Culture: Leads and mentors a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture. Empowers team members to contribute meaningfully to digital transformation goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure alignment on digital initiatives. Drives synergy across departments to support transformation efforts. Proficient in XML, with a solid understanding of data formats and exchange protocols Experience with Azure cloud services (good to have/working knowledge)
