Role Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential corporate clients in manufacturing, IT parks, hospitality, pharma, and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified leads.
Client Engagement & Meetings
- Connect with decision-makers (Facility Heads, EHS Managers, HR, Admin, etc.) through calls, emails, and networking events.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present Safety Zest's services.
Sales Conversion
- Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve defined sales targets.
Account Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations team.
Reporting & MIS
- Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Should have mandatory experience in B2B sales
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering Presentations
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the EHS industry is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
Salary
3,00,000 to 3,60,000 + Performance Incentives
