Role Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Admin Course Self-Learning Modules Writer to design and develop engaging, comprehensive, and accessible self-paced learning content for individuals pursuing Salesforce Administrator certification or seeking to enhance their Salesforce administration skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, instructional design, and content creation, with a passion for creating clear, user-friendly educational materials.

Key Responsibilities Content Development:

Create structured, self-paced learning modules covering Salesforce Administrator topics, including user management, security, data management, automation (e.g., workflows, Process Builder, Flow), reports, dashboards, and AppExchange. Curriculum Design:

Develop a cohesive curriculum that aligns with the Salesforce Administrator certification exam objectives and caters to learners at beginner to intermediate levels. I nstructional Clarity:

Write clear, concise, and engaging content, including step-by-step instructions, real-world scenarios, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks to reinforce learning. Technical Accuracy:

Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, and reflects best practices for Salesforce administration. Interactive Elements:

Incorporate interactive components such as case studies, simulations, and practice labs to enhance learner engagement and practical application. Collaboration:

Work with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to integrate visuals, videos, and other media into the modules. Quality Assurance:

Review and revise content to ensure consistency, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with branding and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Learner Support:

Develop supplemental resources such as glossaries, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to support self-learners. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role. Proven experience in instructional design, technical writing, or creating educational content for self-paced learning environments. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, including configuration, customization, and administration. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
