A Product Specialist is a professional who acts as the in-house expert for a specific product or product range, ensuring its development, launch, and ongoing market success by collaborating across teams and working directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Supporting the development and improvement of new and existing products.
- Acting as the technical expert and primary point of contact for product-related queries from customers and internal staff.
- Managing and supporting product launches, including planning demonstrations and facilitating training sessions.
- Gathering user feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support) for smooth product delivery and enhancement.
- Preparing and maintaining product documentation such as user manuals and FAQs.
- Resolving customer issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹57,109.25 per month
