Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Audio-Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer with experience in a Digital Agency or Ad Agency setup.
The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the technical ability to produce captivating video content and motion graphics aligned with FashionTV's global luxury image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand promotions.

  • Create visually appealing motion graphics, transitions, and animation sequences for reels, ads, and digital content.

  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize and execute video projects.

  • Add music, dialogues, voiceovers, sound effects, and visual enhancements to ensure brand-quality output.

  • Develop intro/outro templates, animated logos, and brand elements for video use.

  • Collaborate with the content team to align video storytelling with campaign objectives and brand tone.

  • Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and design across all videos and digital assets.

  • Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio balancing, and rendering.

  • Stay updated with emerging trends in video editing, animation, and motion design.

  • Organize and maintain video project files and asset libraries for efficient reuse.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Animation, Film Editing, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • 0.6 – 6 years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer in a digital or advertising agency.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.

  • Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, and visual effects (VFX).

  • Strong sense of timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling through visuals and sound.

  • Understanding of social media video formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, or production coordination is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
