Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the company's vision and communicates its message clearly and effectively. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with producers, directors, and content creators to bring stories to life through high-quality editing and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, internal presentations, advertisements).
  • Trim footage segments and assemble the sequence of the film.
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
  • Create rough and final cuts.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
  • Work with a variety of media formats, codecs, and file types.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, and sound design.
  • Attention to detail and a critical eye for aesthetics and continuity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Degree in Film Studies, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and color grading.
  • Familiarity with audio mixing and sound editing.
  • Portfolio of previous video editing work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
