  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of video editing experience and possess basic shooting skills. Additionally, proficiency in professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is required.
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Edit raw video footage into polished, finished products using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and requirements.
  3. Review, select, and organise video and audio clips to ensure they align with the project's vision.
  4. Trim, edit, and rearrange footage to create impactful sequences while maintaining continuity.
  5. Enhance videos with graphics, animations, effects, and other post-production techniques.
  6. Add and synchronise audio, including voiceovers, sound effects, and music.
  7. Utilise video editing software to achieve high-quality results.
  8. Incorporate graphic design elements, such as titles, lower-thirds, and visual effects, to enhance video content.
  9. Design and optimise graphics for use in videos, including overlays, transitions, and branding elements.
  10. Collaborate closely with team members, including videographers, photographers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive visual style across all projects.
  11. Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, graphic design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
  12. Requirements:
  13. Minimum of 6 months of professional video editing experience.
  14. Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.
  15. Basic shooting skills and understanding of cinematography.
  16. Strong attention to detail, composition, and visual storytelling.
  17. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  18. Ability to create visually appealing graphic design elements for videos and other marketing materials.
  19. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  20. Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
  21. Familiarity with audio editing software and colour correction techniques is a plus.
  22. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing and graphic design projects is highly recommended.
