Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive (Junior/Senior) focused on recruitment to join our Head office team at Fort, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hiring for construction or project-based companies, with a strong understanding of technical and site-level roles. This is a hiring-focused position requiring end-to-end talent acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles across civil, MEP, site operations, planning, procurement, billing, and HO-based functions.
  • Source candidates through portals, references, headhunting, and agencies.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Build a recruitment pipeline for future and ongoing project needs.
  • Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain hiring dashboards, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
  • Ensure all hires align with company values and project-specific requirements.
  • Represent the brand professionally to candidates and recruitment partners.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with project-based hiring and site-level manpower requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
