Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.Exp: 6 to 9 yrTittle: Lead Engineer SeniorLoc: HyderabadLooking for highly skilled and motivated engineers working on Android Multimedia Technologies.Embedded multimedia product development experience in Android SmartphonesStrong debugging skills in Android and Linux, along with hands-on on experience in different debug toolsBuild the processes to achieve high quality software developmentCoordinate with cross-functional teams contributing to the overall success of the projectsStrong proficiency in Java, C/C++, Python, and scripting languages.Deep understanding of operating systems (Linux, Android) and Qualcomm SoC architecture.Android HAL/framework development experience is preferredSupport across various SoCs, co-ordianate with cross functional teams on identifying and fix the issuesExperience in Android app development with Java/Kotlin is an added advantageExperience with AI/ML frameworks, GPU/NPU optimization, and GenAI model deployment is an added advantageApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
