Able to guide team members on assignmentsAble to lead team of 2-5 engineers, handle task assignments, decide strategy for the teamHas good decision making, resource planning skillsPreferred SkillsGood understanding of signal processing, video compression\codecs (Encoder + Decoder) and other video pre/post processing algorithms.Any of the multimedia (Video, Camera, Computer Vision) domain experience.Hands on knowledge\experience on H.264\HEVC\VP9\MPEG family video codec(s) development, porting and optimizationMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
