We are seeking system engineers for our cutting-edge efforts in areas related to vision /image processing.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.General Summary The job responsibilities may include a subset of the following:Designing computer vision /image processing for mobile devicesDesigning and evaluating algorithms to be implemented in hardware on software prototypesDeveloping or Optimizing image processing and computer vision algorithms for HW accelerationSupport product teams for commercialization, such as solution optimization, performance profiling and benchmarking.Test regression and release supportMinimum Qualifications1-7 years of experience in multimedia/embedded technologiesProgramming skills in C/C++, PythonExperienced working with real time/embedded systems is a plusKnowledge of Jenkins , CI/CD frameworksPreferred QualificationsExposure or working experience in Vision or Multimedia acceleratorsWorking experience with image processing algorithms.Knowledge/working experience in computer vision algorithmsStrong knowledge in data structures and working experience with C/C++ programmingSoftware optimizations experience in various SIMD and multi-threading Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
