Role Overview:

Pavaman Aviation is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing & paid campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze & optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead a marketing team to deliver impactful results.
  • Coordinate with vendors on setting up campaigns & corresponding ad tracking setup.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

You are a good fit if you have these Skills:

  • Creating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experienced in Website Platforms: WordPress,
  • Experience with advertisement tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.)
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
