Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to end-users for ERP-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain and monitor the ERP system daily to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand their ERP needs and ensure system alignment.
  • Assist in data entry, data migration, validation, and maintaining data integrity within the ERP system.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards as required by management.
  • Collaborate with the ERP vendor or technical team for issue resolution and system upgrades.
  • Train new users and provide ongoing training to existing users.
