About the Role:

AdsRole is seeking a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across multiple in-house and client brands (India & US). If youre passionate about creating viral content, managing diverse brand voices, and driving measurable impact, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit past accounts and present 6-month performance insights.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across multiple brands.
  • Handle both in-house and client accounts (India & US).
  • Lead the SMO team and collaborate with designers and editors.
  • Create/oversee engaging content: reels, carousels, memes, stories, and ad creatives.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and deliver monthly reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and AI innovations.

Skills & Tools Required:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (graphics + video editing).
  • Knowledge of social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Strong analytics and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple brand tones.
  • Creative mindset with trend-spotting skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of SEO & Paid Ads.
  • Experience in influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to create UGC-style content.
