  • Conduct safety analysis, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.
  • Prepare, execute, and document safety test procedures and test reports.
  • Interface with certification bodies and testing laboratories for safety approvals.
  • Support the design team in implementing safety-related design modifications.
  • Interpret schematics, layouts, and bills of materials for safety evaluation.
  • Conduct failure analysis and assist with root cause determination for non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety standard revisions and their applicability.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

  • 0 to 2 years of experience

  • Hands-on experience in IEC IT equipment), IEC household appliances), IEC AV equipment), and IEC audio/video, IT & communication equipment).

  • Proficient in the use of lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, hipot testers, insulation resistance testers, and temperature measurement systems.

  • Good communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance requirements to product design and testing.
