Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially driven Commercial Partnerships Associate to support our growing network of brand partners, distributors, and wholesale suppliers. This role acts as the operational and relationship backbone for our commercial partnerships, ensuring brands are onboarded, managed, and supported with precision and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, commercial operations, marketplace roles, FMCG/beauty categories, or distributor/vendor relations. Strong communication, diligence, and a commercial mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day relationships with brand partners, distributors, and vendors.
· Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring all documentation, product data, and operational requirements are completed.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Product Catalogue, Operations, Creative, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution and timely launches.
· Track partner performance, sales KPIs, product sell-through, and stock movements.
· Prepare presentations, sales decks, and commercial reports for partner reviews.
· Assist with negotiation support, pricing updates, and contract documentation.
· Identify growth opportunities within partner accounts and propose strategic actions.
· Maintain organised records and CRM updates for all commercial interactions.
· Support wholesale and distributor leads with order management and replenishment cycles.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align partner campaigns and editorial opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
Applicants must meet all mandatory criteria listed below to be considered for this role.
Industry Experience
· 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, commercial operations, vendor management, or marketplace management.
· Experience within beauty, wellness, nutrition, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer goods sectors is strongly preferred.
· Proven experience working with brands, distributors, or vendor accounts.
Technical & Professional Skills
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent coordination, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.
· Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, and CRM systems.
· Ability to track KPIs, interpret commercial data, and present insights.
· Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge
· Understanding of beauty, wellness, or nutrition categories and how brands operate in retail and e-commerce.
· Knowledge of distributor structures, wholesale dynamics, and D2C marketplace models.
· Awareness of market trends, consumer behaviours, and category growth areas.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Additional training or certifications in sales, commercial strategy, or account management are an advantage.
Preferred Experience
· Prior experience in beauty, wellness, nutrition, FMCG, or related consumer industries.
· Experience managing partner accounts across multiple countries or marketplaces.
· Ability to prepare professional commercial materials (decks, proposals, reports).
· Exposure to commercial negotiations, pricing structures, or revenue models.
