About the Company

At Webethics Solutions, we partner with international clients to build scalable, intelligent, and high-performance digital solutions. As we expand our backend team, we're looking for a skilled Backend Engineer proficient in and Python, with a passion for exploring and implementing AI-powered technologies in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with the frontend and product teams to ensure seamless integration and top-notch performance.
  • Enhance backend systems for maximum scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, performance, and server-side logic.
  • Participate in code reviews, share technical insights, and contribute to best practices.
  • Stay updated on backend trends, frameworks, and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with and Python.
  • Solid understanding of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
  • Exposure to AI tools or API integrations is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of performance optimization, caching, and database design principles.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like React or is an advantage.
