As a Backend Developer, you'll design scalable APIs, data models, and services that form the foundation of our platform — helping us evolve from a modular monolith to a microservice-driven architecture.

*What You'll Be Working On*

-Architecting and building backend services with and

-Designing and optimizing PostgreSQL schemas and Redis caching

-Implementing granular auth, audit, and permissions systems

-Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate Python-based AI services (FastAPI, LangChain)

-Supporting containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS ECS)

-Building APIs and microservices ready for future scaling

*Key Responsibilities*

-Develop and maintain robust REST APIs and backend modules in /

-Design secure authentication and authorization workflows (OAuth 2.0, JWT, 2FA)

-Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across services

-Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to integrate platform features

-Write clean, tested, and documented backend code

-Participate in code reviews and backend architecture discussions

-Support migration from modular monolith to microservices

*Must-Have Skills*

-Strong proficiency in , , and TypeScript

-Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and API development best practices

-Familiarity with Docker, container-based development, and CI/CD pipelines

-Understanding of modular monolith and microservices architectures

-Solid knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows

-Experience in fast-paced or startup environments

-Understanding of secure auth, RBAC, and audit trail implementations

*Nice-to-Have Skills*

-Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager)

-Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

-Experience integrating AI/ML services (FastAPI, Python APIs)

-Familiarity with compliance systems, audit logs, or regulatory data flows

-Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
