About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Affiliate Marketing – Delivery Manager
with 2 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, ensuring timely campaign delivery, and optimizing performance to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with affiliate networks, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for higher ROI and conversions.
  • Track affiliate leads, sales, and commissions to ensure accurate reporting and payments.
  • Resolve operational issues, troubleshoot campaign-related challenges, and provide timely support to affiliates.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, terms, and policies across all affiliate campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements in affiliate strategies and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a delivery or campaign management role.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign optimization tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other tracking dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance, affiliate agreements, and payment structures.
