Key Responsibilities -
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and publishers for CPS/CPA-based campaigns.
Negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and partnership terms.
Affiliate Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to increase engagement and sales.
Provide affiliates with marketing materials, offers, and ongoing support.
Address affiliate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, ROI) to ensure campaign profitability.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative updates, and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to maximize performance.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines, compliance rules, and ethical marketing practices.
Regularly audit affiliate traffic sources to detect and prevent fraud.
Reporting & Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance KPIs (sales, revenue, ROI).
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for growth.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of CPS/CPA/CPL models, affiliate networks, and tracking platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, Excel).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have good prior connections with affiliates ; both domestic and international.
