Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secured Sales Manager (Working Capital) at F2 Fintech, located in Noida, Delhi and Bareilly. The Secured Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for secured loan products, handling sales processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of secured loans, working capital, and financial products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor & manage a team of sales executives to achieve business goals
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Assist customers in choosing the right loan & investment products
- Ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process
- Keep up with market trends & competitor activities
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the finance sector
- Strong background in sales & team management within financial services
- In-depth knowledge of loan and investment products
- Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
