We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our team to organize, assess, and qualify our
prospective leads and clients. This person must be condent and willing to jump in to a fast
paced and ambitious environment, where he/she will be given the opportunity to work
independently and take ownership of various initiatives. This is a unique and amazing
opportunity to work with a US software product and services companies, and be a part of an
energetic, dedicated and passionate team.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Create Sales Appointments Proactively identify and engage
new prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Sales Process research creative ways to leverage tools and techniques to accelerate
the creation of leads and qualified sales opportunities.
CRM Knowledge track leads and progress in Salesforce. Use tools to make sure leads
are managed well with regular follow-ups
Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling to manage longer sales cycles and
win new logos.

Performance Metrics: Success will be measured by the number of sales qualified
meetings setup, and number of qualified opportunities generated by the Inside Sales
Associate.
Qualications:

Experience: Proven success in a sales role, preferably selling IT services or SaaS
solutions. Experience with consultative sales and hunting for new business is a bonus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a condent
and professional presence.

Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate across teams, including marketing and
leadership, to align on strategies.
Initiative: Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently.
