As we scale our D2C programs across India, we're expanding our full-time team of admissions and student-success consultants, and that's where you come in.

Role Overview — Admissions Consultant (Full-Time, In-Office)

We are seeking a dynamic, student-centric Admissions Consultant who can assist parents in making informed decisions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience into Taivas programmes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, understands parents' needs, and thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment. You will be the first point of contact for families exploring our courses and the person responsible for converting interest into long-term trust.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speak with parents over calls, WhatsApp, and email to guide them through programme details, schedules, and outcomes.
  • Convert qualified leads into admissions for our Public Speaking, Debate, Model UN, and Summer/Winter Camps.
  • Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their child's needs and recommending the right Taivas programme.
  • Manage the full admissions pipeline, including leading follow-ups, demos, onboarding, and post-admission support.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, update records, and share weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth class scheduling and communication.
  • Represent Taivas professionally during orientations, events, and workshops.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, customer success, or EdTech.
  • Excellent English communication — clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Strong understanding of parents' mindset and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and digital communication platforms.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented thinking, and a learner-first mindset.

  • Location:
     Taivas HQ (Dwarka, Delhi or as applicable)
  • Salary:
     ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
  • Timings:
     10 A.M. – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
