About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, paid campaigns, and analytics — driving growth, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads, remarketing, etc.)
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and ranking
  • Oversee content strategy for social media, email marketing, and website updates
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging creatives and campaigns
  • Manage digital budgets and ensure ROI-driven performance
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, tech, or service-based industries (added advantage)
  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications preferred
