Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and confident Telecaller to manage communication with potential clients and students from our Mareine Lines office. The role involves explaining Vedvidhi's consultation services and educational courses, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
  • Explain Vedvidhi's courses, consultations, and offerings clearly and politely.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call records, update CRM, and follow up with interested leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
  • Good listening skills and a calm, professional tone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM).
  • Positive and responsible attitude toward work.
