  8. Statutory Compliance

  9. Review of TDS calculation, remittances and filing of Returns.

  10. Review Income Tax Returns and related schedules for accuracy in reporting.
  11. Provide data for Advance tax workings and Income tax assessments/appeals.
  12. GST payments and filings management.

  13. Support tax planning and compliance efforts.

  14. Secretarial Review

  15. Collaborate with the secretarial team to review filings, resolutions, and other ROC-related documents.

  16. Ensure adherence to Company Law and FEMA.

  17. Assist in restructuring related activities.

  18. Banking & Financial Relationships

  19. Manage and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  20. Negotiate favorable terms for investments.

  21. Monitor transaction costs and optimize banking operations.

  22. Investment Management

  23. Develop strategies for deployment of surplus funds.

  24. Ensure adherence to corporate investment policies.

  25. Track and evaluate investment performance.

  26. MIS Reporting

  27. Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports on a periodical basis.

  28. Specialised Reports on need basis as and when required by the Management.

  29. Cash Flow Management

  30. Forecast and monitor short- and long-term cash requirements.

  31. Maintain optimal liquidity levels to meet operational and investment needs.

  32. Ensure efficient utilization of idle funds.

  33. Risk Management

  34. Identify and assess exposure to interest rate, currency, and market risks.

  35. Suggest and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

9. Technology & Systems

  • Implement and optimize Investment Management Systems (IMS).
  • Ensure upto date and accurate data capture in the IMS software.
  • Generate reports on regular basis for reporting and tax workings.
