Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Associate at KAZIN DMC. The Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating travel plans, handling logistics, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, creating travel itineraries, liaising with vendors, and providing support for various travel events and experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in travel planning, itinerary creation, and vendor coordination
  • Logistics and event management experience
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
